Anita Koike, a lecturer with over 22 years of teaching experience across various age groups, is also the Director of Ani’s Place in Tokyo, a CLIL studio established in 2014. In addition to language instruction, she focuses on inspiring individuals to discover their desires, identities, and the beauty in everyday life. Her academic contributions include works on the future of EFL teaching, integrating mindfulness into language learning, and fostering creativity and well-being through CLIL. Koike’s first book, “My Life Collage in Japan,” published in 2013, resonates with her students and offers inspiration to those seeking life’s purpose. With a background spanning Taiwan, Japan, and Europe, Koike brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to her understanding of people, life, and the world.
