What you'll learn

- Wellbeing strategies to manage your physical, emotional and social wellbeing including mindfulness and relaxation techniques

- Stress management and cognitive behavioural approaches to manage stress and anxiety effectively

What is included
Wellbeing of the Teacher structured course consists of in-depth lessons delivered by professionals in this field. From the moment you sign up until the very end of your journey, we will ensure you have everything you need for the successful completion of the course, including important documentation (Europass and Erasmus Learning Agreement) in case you are signing up through Erasmus+.
Throughout the course, you will engage in:

- Hands-on activities and discussions on how to use wellbeing strategies in your own setting

After you register, we will send you a registration confirmation and an invoice for your payment. Relevant documents such as detailed program of the course, Europass and Erasmus Learning Agreement will be sent to you as the course approaches.
